Who operates this site
BlakelyDarling.com is operated as part of the Blakely Darling brand. It is a parent-managed site for the Imowneya coloring book series by kid artist Blakely Darling. An adult parent or guardian runs the site and related email list on Blakely's behalf.
These Terms do not claim that a separate "Blakely Darling LLC" (or any other company) has been formed as the site operator. The brand and this site are managed by a parent or guardian for Blakely.
Who this site is for
This site is for parents, guardians, teachers, and other visitors interested in the Imowneya coloring books and free printable pages. It promotes kids' coloring books. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle email signups and related information. Please read it before you share an email address with us.
Free coloring PDFs (personal use license)
We may offer free coloring page PDFs on /free-coloring-pages/ or by email.
You may:
- Download and print them for personal, non-commercial use at home
- As a teacher or educator, print them for your own classroom (your students only), without selling them or redistributing the files online or to other schools
You may not:
- Sell, license, or commercially redistribute the PDFs or printed copies
- Claim authorship of the art or remove artist credits
- Upload the PDFs to public file-sharing sites, stock libraries, or paid marketplaces
- Use the art or PDFs to train artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, or to build competing coloring products, except where applicable law does not allow us to restrict that
This is a limited, revocable license. We may stop offering free PDFs or change this license at any time. No other rights are granted.
Intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, the books, artwork, characters (including Imowneya), names, logos, text, images, design, and other content on this site are owned by the Blakely Darling brand / the artist as applicable, or are used with permission.
You get a limited right to view the site and, where offered, to use free PDFs under the license above. You do not get ownership of the art, books, trademarks, or other content. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit site content except as these Terms allow or as fair use / other law permits.
"Blakely Darling," "Imowneya," and related marks and logos are used to identify this brand and series. Nothing in these Terms gives you a trademark license beyond ordinary viewing of the site.
Amazon and other offsite purchases
We do not sell books on this site. There is no shopping cart or payment form here.
When you click a "Buy on Amazon" (or similar) link, you leave BlakelyDarling.com. Amazon's (or that retailer's) own terms and privacy policy apply to checkout, shipping, returns, and payment. We do not receive your payment card details through this site.
Prices, formats, and availability on Amazon can change. We are not responsible for Amazon's storefront, fulfillment, or account issues.
Newsletter and free-page emails
Any email signup on this site (free coloring page or newsletter) is for parents and guardians age 18 or older only. We ask for an email address only. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Signup may be inactive. Our email service is limited or parked for now. If a form is a stub or says signup is coming soon, your email may not be stored or sent until we connect a provider. We will still treat any email we do receive under the Privacy Policy.
Questions about privacy or the list should come from a parent or guardian email.
Prohibited uses

- Submit a child's personal information if you are not the parent/guardian authorized to do so
User posts: This site does not host public user comment boards or visitor-uploaded galleries. If we later add a feature that lets visitors post content, we may update these Terms.

This site links to Amazon and may link to other outside sites (including related family projects). We do not control those sites. Their terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for their content, products, or policies.
Disclaimers

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DIRECTLY FOR SITE ACCESS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (LIKELY $0, SINCE WE DO NOT SELL ON THIS SITE) OR (B) USD $50.
These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them (for example, certain claims for personal injury or fraud).
Indemnity
If you misuse the site, free PDFs, or brand materials in a way that causes claims against us (for example, commercial redistribution of free PDFs, or scraping for AI training after we forbade it), you agree to defend and hold harmless the Blakely Darling brand and the parent/guardian operator from reasonable resulting costs and damages, to the extent allowed by law. This is a light consumer-site indemnity, not a commercial partnership clause.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would point elsewhere. Courts in Colorado are an appropriate place for disputes that must go to court, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will try to give a clear notice on the site when appropriate.
